Biography

The Beginning
Growing up in Thailand, where summer seemed endless, I had a great time with my two sisters. We were always either playing or arguing, especially when we had to decide things together. When I was 8, I had this cool idea to make a board game with my sisters, and they were really excited about it.
To bring our game to life, I looked around our neighborhood and picked out special places like parks, schools, and where our friends lived. I used a big piece of cardboard to draw a map of our neighborhood, turning the streets into tracks for our game. Each important place became a spot in the game where you had to do something fun, like answer questions about our neighborhood or act like the grown-ups we knew. We called it "My Neighborhood Game."
This game quickly became a hit among the kids in our neighborhood. We had a blast playing it, and it really brought us all together. Creating this game is one of my fondest childhood memories. It played a big part in shaping me into a person who loves tackling problems creatively and crafting projects that encourage people to interact and engage with each other.
After completing my BA in English, I made the exciting decision to move to the US to further my English skills and pursue a marketing certificate. During this period, I unexpectedly embarked on a career in childcare, working as a nanny. This choice led me to discover the enriching world of connecting with children daily. I've learned that the most profound lessons in life often come from the youngest individuals. My deep affection for children stems from their constant sources of joy, creativity, and unfiltered honesty. Spending time with them has opened my eyes to the beauty of simplicity and the limitless potential of imagination. These young minds have an extraordinary ability to teach valuable life lessons, contributing significantly to my personal and professional growth. Through them, I've learned the importance of patience, empathy, and the art of communicating clearly.

Finding UX/UI
Pursuing a career in UX design, I was fueled by a desire to craft solutions that are not just effective but also deeply meaningful. My unique journey was influenced by my time working as a nanny and studying marketing, giving me a fresh perspective on the field. Through these experiences, I've honed my empathy and observational skills, which are vital for understanding what users truly need and creating designs that genuinely connect with them. This path has taught me the value of seeing things from multiple viewpoints, a key element of user-centered design.
My goal is to combine these varied experiences to develop user interfaces that are both intuitive and emotionally engaging, ensuring they are also accessible. I'm driven to design digital products that enhance everyday life, seamlessly blending technology into our daily activities. I'm excited about leveraging my diverse skill set and knowledge to make technology interactions simpler and more enjoyable for people.
Today, I'm fully embracing life in San Francisco, California, a place I happily call home. My days are filled with love, creative endeavors, and the fun chaos of living with my husband and our playful cat, Dobby. When I step away from my design work, I enjoy doing pilates, hiking, baking, and traveling to destinations with stunning mountains or serene beaches. (Hawaii and Switzerland are among my favorite destinations). As the sun sets each day, I find myself reflecting on the day with a heart full of gratitude, eagerly anticipating what tomorrow might bring. Life feels like a beautiful journey, and I'm excited to explore every part of it with passion, love, and endless curiosity.
